Damaged goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us through this form, or email us at hello@oddmgoods.com with your order ID, description of the issue and clear photographs of the product.
Wrong product/missing item
Should you be missing a product or receive a wrong order, you can contact us at hello@oddmgoods.com with your order ID, and details of the incorrect item you’ve received.
Upon verifying and confirming the issue on our end, we will send you the item that you’ve ordered at no additional cost. In certain cases, we may arrange a collection of the wrong product. We seek your understanding in facilitating this process.
