6.2. ODDM's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the purchase of Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer for the relevant Product.

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

8. Amendments

8.1. ODDM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the ODDM website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
